1. General Information

Creative Coupling creates and sells original art prints, printed cotton tote bags, other art merchandise and offers creative workshops. These terms govern all use of our services, products, and website.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept secure online payments through major gateways.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Currently we offer free shipping across India unless specified.
  • While we aim to deliver on time, delays caused by third-party logistics are beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect information.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns.
  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us photos and videos of the damaged or incorrect product at hello@creativecoupling.in within 2 weeks of delivery with photos and details. Once verified, we will process an exchange of the damaged or incorrect product within 14 working days

5. Workshops

  • Workshop registrations are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling from our side, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
  • We are not liable for any injuries or damage during participation in workshops.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks and images on this website are the intellectual property of Creative Coupling. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We value your privacy. Personal information collected through this website is used only for order processing, updates, or as required by law.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

8. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For Art Prints

You now possess one of the best fine art prints available today. We would like to share a few points on maintaining your valuable print. A little extra care can preserve your prints up to 50 years, any negligence or improper care may shorten its life.

  • Keep your print away from direct sunlight. If exposed to bright sunlight for long periods of time, it may fade. More importantly, these prints are to be displayed indoors only.

  • During transportation or storage, try not to stack the prints one on top of another. Separate them with pieces of cardboard to avoid damage.

  • Rough handling can damage both the print and the frame so pack it securely while transporting. Be sure to put a heavy piece of cardboard/padding over the front and back to protect it. Then bubble wrap and place in a suitable cardboard box

  • Always try to display the prints in a dust-free environment. Occasionally dust with a clean, soft brush/duster to prevent dust buildup. Do not use cloth, cleaning products or water

  • While handling or framing, please take extreme care by using cloth gloves to avoid scratches on the print and frame. Also, request the Framer/Installer to use gloves while Framing or Installation to avoid fingerprints and scratches on the printed surface.

  • Avoid subjecting your prints to extreme changes in atmosphere. Avoid excessive dryness, humidity, heat or cold. All these weather conditions can adversely affect the print.

  • Especially, when in a coastal area or hilly region, if the walls are developing fungus or dampness due to continuous rains, there are chances it may spread to the frame. It is advisable to fix some small rubber bush behind the frame on four corners so that there is no direct contact between the wall and the frame. It is always advisable to have the print with glass frames in these areas.

  • Do not cover prints on canvas with glass, since canvas needs to breathe, if it is framed under glass you may trap moisture inside the frame. Canvases experience small, subtle snifts over time due to mild atmospheric changes, so it is best to leave them without glass to allow them to flow with these slight changes,

  • In case of moisture, kindly keep the frame in warm sunlight for just 1 hour per day for a week. Or, in the absence of sunlight use a hot air blower or hair drier for 10 minutes in very low heat.
