• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• We accept secure online payments through our official UPI id
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

• We ship across India. Currently we offer free shipping across India unless specified.
• While we aim to deliver on time, delays caused by third-party logistics are beyond our control
• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect information

• All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at shweta@creativecoupling.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. Once verified, we will process an exchange of the damaged or incorrect product.

• All artwork, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Creative Coupling. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

• We value your privacy. Personal information collected through this website is used only for order processing, updates, or as required by law.
